WODOUT

Refunds, cancellation, and withdrawal

Last updated: April 20, 2026

1. General

This policy explains how refunds and statutory withdrawal rights may apply to purchases made through WODOUT. Exact rights can depend on your location and the type of product purchased.

2. Digital services and subscriptions

Where a subscription or digital access is provided, renewal dates, cancellation steps, and any free trial rules are shown in the app or at purchase.

If you have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right that has not been waived by express consent and performance has not yet begun, you may cancel within the period required by law.

3. How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted through the Contact page with your account email and transaction details. Response times depend on verification and payment provider processing.

If the purchase was processed by an app store, store policies may apply and refunds may need to be requested through that store.

4. Non-refundable cases

Unless required by law, completed purchases of consumed digital items, fees already earned by payment partners, or transactions outside our control may not be refundable.

Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be declined.
