Electronic financial transaction terms

These terms describe how electronic payment-related services may apply when you purchase paid features through WODOUT, in addition to the Terms of service and policies of the payment provider you use.

Available payment methods (for example, card or mobile wallet) are shown at checkout. Actual availability depends on your region and the payment gateway configuration.

By completing a payment, you authorize the charge for the selected plan or item. A confirmation may be shown in the app and/or sent by email where configured.

If a transaction fails or duplicates in error, contact support through the Contact page. We will work with the payment provider to investigate in line with applicable rules.

Chargeback and dispute processes may be governed by your card issuer or payment provider in addition to our Refunds & withdrawal policy.

We recommend keeping your own records of transactions. Statutory record-keeping and disclosure obligations may apply to us and to payment institutions as required by law.
